You will need the following to apply online:
- A valid e-mail address to login or create an account
- Your Medical Insurance Card/Information
(if you don't have insurance, you can purchase medical insurance online)
- A credit card for initial application fee (applied to your trip cost) and for any sightseeing/activity costs that you choose. *
* The application fee is non-refundable. If you do not have a credit card, please call our office at 309-452-3213 and you can apply over the phone.
