DOWNLOAD AND CUSTOMIZE SUPPORT LETTER

Please Read Carefully:

We have available three PDF documents that you can customize online, and print out as support letters. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to customize and print out your support letters. If you do not have this software, it can be downloaded here for free.

Step 1 Please read the Financial Support Tips (PDF) before you begin.

Step 2 Choose the appropriate support letter for the track you selected (Streets&Parks, Summer Fun Week, Above the Rim, or One Touch Soccer):

When you click the links below, a new window will open with your support letter in PDF format. You will need to replace the following fields with your information:
  • Replace ***Date***
  • Replace ***Recipients Name(s)***
  • Replace ***Trip Cost***
  • Replace ***Personal Greeting/Message***
  • Replace ***Member ID#*** (found in your Go Account, Login Now)
Once you replace these fields, you can print your letters from your web browser by clicking the print icon.

1. NYC/Streets & Parks Letter (PDF)
2. Summer Fun Week (VBS) Letter (PDF)
3. Above the Rim (Basketball) Letter (PDF)
4. One Touch Soccer Letter (PDF)

Please Note: Some versions of Adobe Acrobat will not allow you to save the PDF filled in with your information, so you need to print it directly from the web browser.

If you aree having trouble using/printing these documents, please call our office at 309.452.3213 for help!

The following trip lists are here to help you know what to bring when you come to New York City. You recommend you bring all the items we have suggested because we feel these are the most necessary. If you have more questions.
THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF WHAT TO BRING  |  PRINTABLE VERSION
  • All airline tickets are e-tickets. You must have a government issued Photo ID for airport check-in (this can be a driverŐs license, passport, visa)
  • Bible
  • Backpack
  • Good walking shoes
  • Clothes -- during summer bring extra clothes to change into after a long day ministering; during all other seasons bring clothes that can be layered, some locations may be warmer than others
  • Money for food ($180 is recommended for meal money; many eat for less)
  • Money for sightseeing and souvenirs
  • Wet wipes or anti-bacterial hand wash
  • Limit your luggage to one checked bag and one carry-on per person
  • Food - breakfast (i.e. pop tarts, cereal bars) and snack food (i.e. crackers, granola bars, pretzels). These things can also be purchased at the drug store nearby the hotel.
  • Phone card. You will use the pay phones at the hotel so bring either a calling card or pre-paid phone card. You are not allowed to use your room telephone for any outside calls. Cell phones are also acceptable.
  • At least one person (and sometimes more) has had their luggage lost by the airline, for this reason please put at least one change of clean clothes in your carry-on as well as all medications or other necessities that you may need.
  • There are safes in the rooms for you to keep your valuables. There are hair dryers, ironing boards, and irons in the rooms. There is not a self-serve laundry at the hotel. Laundry at the hotel is a paid service.
